코로나19 관련 외국인 유학생 방역 지침 준수 철저 요청
최근 일부 대학에서 기숙사 내 공동취식, 유학생 모임 등을 통해 유학생 간 코로나19 감염사례가 발생하고 있습니다. 모든 유학생들께서는 방역지침을 준수하시고, 증상 발현 시 즉각 검사를 받으시기 바랍니다.
- 기숙사, 원룸 등에서의 5인 이상 사적 모임 금지 준수
- 기숙사 내에서의 공동 취식 및 방간 이동 자제 필요
특히, 5인 이상 사적 모임 금지 위반 시 「감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률」에 따라 10만원 이하의 과태료가 부과되며, 특히 5인 이상 사적 모임 금지 명령 위반으로 인한 확진자 발생 확인 시, 치료 등의 비용에 대해서 구상권이 청구될 수 있습니다.
위 주의사항을 반드시 확인하시어 서로의 건강을 지킬 수 있도록 협조부탁드립니다.
Recently, foreign students from some universities in Korea are infected COVID-19 due to the environment of having a meal together in accommodation, gathering or social events with students, etc. The government strongly advised that all foreign students to follow the Prevention Guidelines. Also, if any students have symptoms of COVID-19, they must take the COVID-19 test as soon as possible.
- Gathering of 5 or more people in any private accommodations or flats is forbidden
- Do not having any events such as eating together or visiting other's room in accommodation
Especially, when a student broke the rule of prohibition of 5 or more people gathering for any private reason, the government will fine under 100,000 won to the student under the INFECTIOUS DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION ACT. Moreover, when the confirmed case is happening by breaking the rule of ban because of the student, he/she will be claimed the cost of treatment and other costs as the right to indemnity.
