In order to prevent further spreading of the COVID-19, gatherings for personal reasons of 5 or more people is prohibited in Seoul.

为防止新冠病毒的扩散，首尔特别市禁止5人以上的私人聚会，敬请注意。

1. 대상 : 서울특별시 전 지역 거주자 및 방문자

1. Who : Everyone living in or visiting any and all areas of Seoul

1. 对象：首尔特别市全区居民及访问者

2. 내용 : 동일 장소에서 동일한 목적(친목 형성 등의 사적 목적에 한함)을 지닌 사람들이 5인 이상 동일한 시간대에 모이는 집합활동 및 장소 제공 행위 금지(5인 이상 동반입장, 예약 등)

- (예외) 가족관계에 있거나, 주민등록등록표상 거주지가 같은 사람들이 실내‧외에서 모이는 경우 등 일상적인 가정생활 제외

2. How : Prohibition of 5 or more people gathering for same purpose (personal reasons such as friendly gatherings, parties, etc.) at same place/time

- (Exception) If the gathering is for family or other form of cohabiter living under same address, gathering in/outdoors

2. 内容：禁止在同一场所同一时间段为相同目的聚集（限于私人聚会）的5人以上活动及提供场所的行为（5人以上同时入场，预约等）

-（例外）亲属关系或身份证上居住地相同的人在室内或外聚集等日常家庭生活除外

3. 위반 시 조치사항: 벌금, 과태료, 집합금지, 시설폐쇄 또는 운영중단

3. Measures in case of violation : Fine, Shutdown of gathering venue

3. 违反处分: 罚款、禁止集合、关闭设施或停止运营

4. 처분의 효력 발생시점 : 2020. 12. 23.(수) 0시부터
