"Summer Program 2025" at Saitama University

[Summer Program 2025 at Saitama University]

-Period: June 7 (Saturday) - July 9 (Wednesday), 2025

*June 7: Orientation & Science Workshop

  June 8: Excursion to Shimizu Park for BBQ

  June 11: Course start

* Participants must stay for the whole duration.

- The applicant himself/herself fills out the application form at https://forms.office.com/r/EjrX0HY6Ht

- Application Deadline: Saturday, February 22 at 0:00(Japan Standard Time)

- The maximum number of participants: 20

- Students who belong to a university/faculty which has an agreement of student exchange with Saitama University are exempted from tuition fees. Number of student exchange depends on each university.

This summer program has been selected for the JASSO scholarship.

Students who participate in this program will be given a scholarship of 80,000 yen under certain conditions (grades, etc.).

※ 학점인정 희망 시, 최종 합격 이후 국제교류팀으로 반드시 통보 (미통보 시 학점 인정에 제한이 있을 수 있으며 이에 대한 책임은 학생 본인에게 있음)
