해외유입 확진 외국인이 ①격리명령 등 방역조치 위반, ②PCR 검사결과
허위 제출 등 국내 방역조치를 위반한 귀책사유가 있는 경우, 치료비 전액을 본인이 부담하여야 함을 알립니다.
根据《传染病预防及管理相关法律》的修订，从2020.8.17. 0时开始 海外流入的外国确诊者 1： 违反隔离令等防疫措施 2：PCR检查结果存在虚假提交等违反国内防疫措施的归责划分时，需本人承担全部治疗费。
2020.8.24. 0시 이후 입국한 해외유입 확진 외국인은 우리
국민의 지원 여부 및 정도에 따라 국적별로 치료비를 일부 또는 전부 부담해야합니다.
2020.8.24. 0点以后入境确诊的外国人会根据我国国民的支援情况，按国籍区分负担部分或全部的治疗费

As of August 17th, foreigners
arriving in Korea are required to pay their own treatment costs if they are
found to be infected with COVID-19 after having violated quarantine rules, such
as 1) Leaving their quarantine location without permission, 2) False submission
of their PCR test results, etc.
For foreigners who arrived on or later than
August 24th, if they are found to be infected with COVID-19, they will be
charged different amounts of their treatment costs based on the principle of
reciprocity in international relations.
-Foreigners from countries that support
treatment costs for foreigners including Korean: Fully covered
-Foreigners from countries that partially
support treatment costs for foreigners including Korean: Costs for
hospitalization will be covered, but costs for treatment, meals, etc. are not
covered
-Foreigners from countries that do not
support treatment costs for foreigners: Not covered
