• How to Receive Your Kit
  1. Bring the Welcome Kit Exchange Voucher (printed or saved as a photo) and your Alien Registration Card to the branch.
  2. Take a waiting number ticket and wait for your turn.
  3. Show your Alien Registration Card and the Welcome Kit Exchange Voucher at the counter to receive the Welcome Kit for free.
