Sales & Customer Support

Tasks

·  Customer support with messages and calls (Whatsapp, email, etc.)

·  Customer relationship management : regular contacts with regular buyers

·  Outbound sales : make a list of potential buyers, and send a message

·  Manage between sellers and buyers during the transaction

·  Occasional translation work about platform and marketing materials (not a main

    task)

Qualification

·  Native Arabic Speaker

·  D-10 / F-2 / F-4 / F-5 / F-6 Visa holder (Current D-2, E-7 Visa holders cannot 

    apply.)

·  GKS(KGSP) students preferred.

·  Fluent English skills & Basic level of Korean (Can understand Korean well)

·  Interest in automobile industry & Basic knowledge about Korean cars

·  Bright, positive, and proactive mindset & strong responsibility

Work

Condition

·  Dormitory Offer : Autowini provides a dormitory nearby for those who have 

    difficulty finding a residence near Seoul. (Limited quantity)

·  Office Location : Near Yangjae station, Line No. 3

·  Working Time : Mon. to Fri. 09:00~18:00 (Can be adjusted according to the 

    employee’s schedule.)

·  Intern Period : 3 months (Can be extended by performance)

   Salary : KRW 2,200,000 / month

·  You can be turned into an official employee after finishing the period with good 

    performance.

    1) Working Visa (E-7) will be provided if needed

    2) Salary Raise & Sales Incentives

    3) Retirement pension after 1 year of employment
