코로나19 관련하여, 한국 정부의 자가격리 이탈자에 대한 관리가 강화되었습니다. 자가격리 중인 학생은 아래 내용을 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

In relation to COVID-19, the Korean government has strengthened its management of quarantine deviators. So please refer to the information below if you are under quarantine:

针对新冠状病毒，韩国政府针对不遵守自我隔离人员进行强化管制。正在进行自我隔离的同学请参照以下内容。

< 자가격리 이탈자 관리 강화 방안>

1. 무단이탈 등 자가격리 의무 위반자에 대한 '전자손목밴드(안심밴드)' 착용 관리

2.  '자가격리자 안전보호 앱'에 동작감지 기능 추가

   • 일정 기간 동안 휴대폰에 동작이 감지되지 않는 경우 자가격리자에게 위치 확인 요청

3. 일일 모니터링 및 자가격리 장소 불시점검 강화

   • 모니터링 : (현행) 1일 2회(10시, 15시) → (개선) 1일 3회(10, 20시 + 추가 무작위 1회)

< Intensified Monitoring Procedure on COVID-19 Quarantine Deviators>

1.  Management of 'electronic wristband (reliable band)' for violators of quarantine obligations, such as unauthorized departure.

2. Motion detection function added to 'self-diagnosis app'

   • If the mobile phone does not detect motion for a certain period of time, the person on quarantine will be asked to verify their location.

3. Enhance daily monitoring and quarantine checks

   • Monitoring: (current) 2 times a day (10AM, 3PM) → (improvement) 3 times a day (10AM, 8PM + 1 additional random check)

< 自我隔离人员管制强化方案>

1. 无端擅自脱离以及违反自我隔离义务的人员 将进行电子手环佩戴管理

2. “自我隔离安全保护APP” 引入手机定位感知机能

• 指定隔离期间内，如果不能感知到手机定位，将对隔离人员进行位置确认

1.  每日监测及自我隔离场所突击检查

监测 : (现行) 每日2次(10时, 15时) → (改进)每日3次(10, 20时 +随机抽查一次)
