Exchange students
currently studying at our university have successfully concluded the 'CAU
Global Fair,' where they promoted their home universities and countries,
spreading global culture throughout our university campus.

The '2023 Fall Semester
CAU Global Fair' took place over two days at the outdoor plaza of our
university's 310 Building (Centennial Memorial Hall).
CAU Global Fair´Â ¸Å³â ±¹Á¦Ã³ ±¹Á¦±³·ùÆÀÀÇ Áö¿øÀ» ¹Þ¾Æ ±³È¯ÇлýµéÀÌ ¸¸µå´Â ÃàÁ¦ÀÇ ÀåÀÌ´Ù. ±³È¯ÇлýµéÀÌ ÀÚ½ÅÀÇ ¸ð±³¿Í ±¹°¡¸¦ ¼Ò°³ÇÏ´Â Çà»ç¸¦ ÅëÇØ ¿©·¯ ±¹°¡ÀÇ ¹®È±ÇÀ» üÇèÇغ¼ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â °ÍÀº ¹°·Ð ±³È¯Çлý
ÇÁ·Î±×·¥¿¡ ´ëÇÑ °ü½ÉÀ» ȯ±â½ÃÅ°´Â È¿°ú·Îµµ À̾îÁö°í ÀÖ´Ù.
Supported annually by the
International Office's International Exchange Team, the CAU Global Fair serves
as a festival created by exchange students. This event not only allows
attendees to experience cultures from various countries through presentations by
exchange students about their home universities, but also generates interest in exchange
programs.

The theme for this
semester's event was 'CAUPOLY,' with the participation of 200 exchange students
from 33 countries and 114 sister universities.

stage activities and counseling booths organized by the International Office,
unfolded during the fair.

On the first day, there
was a 'Guess The Song' event where foreign students listened to Korean songs
and tried to guess them, as well as the 'Bul-dak Challenge,' where students
competed to eat spicy Buldak chicken ramen the fastest.

¾È¿¡ Á¦½ÃµÇ´Â ¿µ¾î¹®ÀåÀ» Á¤È®ÇÏ°Ô Àд ¡®Tongue Twister¡¯ À̺¥Æ®¿¡µµ ¸¹Àº °ü½ÉÀÌ ½ò·È´Ù.
On the second day, the
'Find it ASAP' event, where participants searched for individuals matching a
given theme and brought them to the stage, captured the audience's attention.
The 'Tongue Twister' event, where participants had to accurately read an English
sentence within 40 seconds, also garnered much interest.

Practical information
exchange with foreign universities took place through various booths, including
those for overseas exchange students, organizing teams, and special stages.
Counseling booths provided an opportunity to address questions about exchange
programs.

Throughout the entire
process, from preparation to execution, Global Ambassadors (GLAM) actively
participated to enhance interactions between our university students and
exchange students. Under the leadership of GLAM, time was allocated for central
figures to express themselves through activities such as board games and stage
programs.

On the first day,
President Park Sang-kyu visited the event venue, engaging in communication with
students. He did not forget to experience the booths set up by exchange
students and to offer support and encouragement. A quiz event, jointly
conducted by the President and exchange students, also took place.

expressed, "I am impressed that students from 33 countries and 114 sister
universities actively participated in booth operations. I am pleased to see the
vibrant campus atmosphere. Through events like these that involve learning
about and interacting with new cultures, I hope our Chung-Ang University can
further develop into a global institution.
