Q. Can I take courses in the e-class before
enrolling to the course?
A. The e-class only shows the courses
currently enrolled, so you cannot take the courses before enrollment.
Q. Is it possible to take an e-class
immediately if the course is changed during the course revision period?
A. It takes 1 day for the courses corrected
in the course registration system to be linked to the e-class, so if you have
corrected the course, you can start taking courses in the e-class from the day
after the correction.
Q. I applied for the course, but I can't
see the course I applied for.
A. The professor must make the subject ¡®public¡¯
in the setting. Inquire the professor in charge to see if the setting is open.
Q. I am not sure how to access and use the
e-class.
A. Please refer to the online course
information (student's guide) posted on the homepage or the quick guide for
learners provided on the e-class homepage.
Q. How long can I take online classes?
A. The videos uploaded to the e-class have
been instructed by each professor to allow them to take classes until June 20
(before the final exam). The duration of the video lecture for each week and
the attendance recognition period are set by the professor in charge, so please
inquire with the professor.
In the case of lectures conducted on a
platform other than the e-class, especially in real-time video lectures, it may
be difficult to take the course without the date / time specified by the
professor, so please check this with your professor and the lecture plan.
Q. Where can I find out how the class is
held for 2 weeks per class?

schedule, or ask the professor in charge.
Q. Are CAU seminars, science and
engineering subjects, and arts college practical courses offered online?
A. The basic principle is that all courses
are conducted online, but there are some courses that require discretion of the
professor due to the nature of the course. Please inquire your professor or
check the syllabus.
Q. Is there an incompatible browser when
accessing e-class?
A. e-Class is optimized for Chrome and
MicroEdge browsers. Please connect with Chrome or Micro Edge as errors may
occur when connecting through other browsers.
Q. I do not know the e-class mobile APP.
A. Search ¡®learningx¡¯ on the APP store and
Google Play Market and download it.
Q. I want to download lecture materials,
but is it possible?
A. All online lecture materials, including
e-classes, are works protected by copyright laws, and such acts may result in
civil and criminal liability in the event of unauthorized reproduction or
violation of rights such as shooting, distribution, and sharing. It is strictly
prohibited. Especially, sharing between individuals is also a problem, so
please refer to this.
Q. My professor asked me to take lecture
content, but I can't see anything.
A. The professor must make the content setting
¡®public¡¯. Inquire the professor in charge to see if the setting is open.
Q. I clicked play video in the e-class, but
it does not play.
A. Please contact the Teaching and Learning

Q. Can online classes be extended for more
than 2 weeks?
A. So far, it is only two weeks online, but
may be extended depending on the progress of COVID-19. In this case, we will
guide you through the homepage.
Q. I took an online content lecture, but
the attendance was not checked.
A. If you are taking the online class by using
a mobile phone, you must use the learning x app. Other errors may occur when
using other apps such as Naver and safari. Make sure to refresh after attending
the entire class to make sure that attendance check is complete. If attendance
is not accepted, ask the professor in charge.
