The theme of this year’s summer school is Roots and Wings:The Heritage and Innovation of Chinese Culture. It offers an immersive experience of China's rich culture and modern innovation in two weeks.

Program information

• Session: 2025. 06. 15  - 06. 29

• Location: Guangzhou city, China

• Application deadline: 20 May 2025 (Tuesday)

• Program fee: fee waived for partner university (USD 1,000 for non-partner university)

• Scholarship: RMB 1,500 (about USD 200) ONLY for partner university

• Number: 4 students per partner university (normal charge on exceeded number)

This program is a gateway to understand China. Through carefully - designed courses, participant will explore the essence of this ancient yet modern nation, learn about China's past and its influence on the world, and discover how it's evolving today. And that's not all — they'll also pick up basic Chinese and get a feel for Chinese Kung - fu! Also filed trips to related Guangzhou’s attractive spots and high-tech industries, participants will experience the energy of China's modern development and the improved lives of its people.
