 With its new International German Language School program, Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz extends its offer of education to students from abroad who are interested in a short term German Course program and want to spend their summer in an international environment.

Due to its interdisciplinary approach, students from all academic fields can apply for Summer@Uni-Mainz. We invite everybody to participate in our International German Language School, regardless of whether they are a current student, a graduate student or a working professional.

Summer@Uni-Mainz mainly focuses on improving your German language skills by offering intensive German courses. The language course is complemented by an interdisciplinary course program and specialist lectures. Said courses are tailored toward all learners – it does not matter if you have been learning German for several years or whether you would like to begin learning the language during your stay in Mainz. (https://summer.uni-mainz.de/international_summer_school_jgu/german-language-school/)
