코로나 19 감염증 사태가 ‘심각’으로 격상됨에 따라 감염증과 관련하여 국내 입국 및 체류가 어려운 2020학년도 1학기 학부 순수외국인전형 신·편입생 입학자에 한하여 입학 첫 학기 휴학을 허용하오니 휴학하고자하는 학생은 아래 다음 안내에 따라 기한 내 신청하시기 바랍니다.

随着新型冠状病毒疫情形势的不断加重，考虑到在我国逗留期间感染病毒的危险系数的提高，决定允许2020年新入学的外国留学生（本科新生及插班生）在第一学期申请休学,有休学意向的新生，请按照下列步骤，在指定时日之内提出申请。

Since the current situation due to the COVID-19 has been upgraded to 'serious', freshman and transfer students who are admitted to the first semester of 2020 who have difficulties entering or staying in Korea due to the matters related to the infectious diseases, are allowed to take a leave of absence from the first semester. Please follow the instructions and apply within the deadline.

1. 대상: 2020학년도 1학기 외국인전형 입학생(신입생 및 편입생)

1. 对象：2020年度第一学期新入学的外国留学生（本科新生及插班生)

  1. Eligibility: Foreign students admitted to the Spring semester of 2020 (freshman and transfer students)

2. 휴학사유

가. 코로나 19 의심(환자) 및 확진자

나. 입국예정일 및 국내 거주지가 확정되지 않고 비자발급이 지연되는 경우

2. 休学原因

1) 新型冠状病毒疑似(患者)及确诊者

2) 入境预定日期及国内居住地尚未确定,签证发放日期被延迟的情况

2. Reasons for Leave of Absence

a. Suspected/confirmed case of COVID-19

b. In case the expected arrival date and domestic residency status have not confirmed, and also, the visa issuance has been delayed

3. 휴학신청기간: 3월 16일(월) ~ 3월 29일(일) 24:00까지

5. 복학학기: 2020학년도 2학기(변경 불가)

6. 등록금 처리: 복학 학기 등록으로 대체함.(환불 불가)

6. 学费: 本学期已缴纳的学费，将延用于复学的学期(不可退款)

6. Regarding the Tuition: Substituted for enrollment in the returning semester (non-refundable)

7. 유의사항

가. 2020년 3월 16일~3월 28일 총 2주간 온라인 강의로 진행되며, 등교일은 3월 30일(월)

나. 자율격리(2주간) 공결처리(출석인정) 가능. 다만, 출석은 인정되지만 별도의 학습프로그램

지원하지 않음. 예시: 3월 30일(월) 입국자 → 4월 14일(화) 등교 가능(2주간 출석인정)

7. Notice

a. From March 16th to March 28th, 2020: a total of two weeks of online lectures will be held, and the offline school day will start from the March 30th, 2020.

b. Attendance will be excused for the self-isolation period (2 weeks). Example: Chinese students (including students from Hong Kong and Macau) who entered Korea on the March 30 may come to school starting on the April 4 (2 weeks of absence will be excused).
