We are pleased to inform you that we will hold our annually short program namely CommTECH with on-site program. CommTECH is 2 weeks international short program who give deep understanding to assigned topic. All the topic is delivered by ITS Professor/Faculty staff with local partner/community. Groups will be formed among participants as a platform to help solve real life problems faced by the community. With an increased engagement between participants, facilitators, and the community, a more impactful experience.

We are happy to inform you that we will hold CommTECH Camp Insight 2024 on 25 January - 5 February 2024 & 26 February - 8 March 2024 In this edition we will hold the program into on-site mode(face to face). We will offer amazing course with detail as follow:

Section 1 --> 25 January - 5 February 2024

Sub Course A: Internet of Things (IoT) for Society

Sub Course B: Human Factors in Interaction Design

Section 2--> 26 February - 8 March 2024

Sub Course C: Smart Materials

Sub Course D: Archipelagic State and It’s Maritime Strategy

The program is open for any active students and lecturers who interested with the topic.

The fees are USD 1600. The fees will cover program fee, pick up services, schedule meals, trip, twin share room accommodations. The participant needs to cover round-trip flight ticket, personal expenses, visa fees (if any) and travel insurance.

The participants this program also can get certificate and we can prepare credit earning letter (up to 3 credits) for the one who would like to request it.

However, we also offer full scholarship, 50% scholarship & partial scholarship for your students in limited quotas. Each university only have a chances 1 slot for each type scholarship

Update Visa:

as per Sept 2022, here is the update of the visa.

ASEAN Countries can enter Indonesia with free visa (visa on arrival) 88 Countries can apply visa of arrival (IDR 500.000,-)

For countries not in listed as VoA recipients, you need to apply online visa through ITS system with the fees is IDR 2.000.000,-

You need to do minimum 2nd doze vaccination to enter Indonesia without show the PCR result, you need to show PCR test if you only got 1st dozes.

 Application deadline: by 15 Dec 2023 for sub course A&B and 19 Jan 2024 for sub course C&D.
