Greetings from Kwansei Gakuin University! We are pleased to announce that nomination deadline has been extended to October 17, 2023 for KGU Short Term Programs in winter 2024.

In addition to the brochures for the Intensive Japanese Language and Culture Study Program and KGU Winter School, we have added links to videos to help the students learn more about Intensive Japanese Language and Culture Study Program.

Please find another attached file with links to Nomination forms for each program.

Please be requested to input Japanese language proficiency for Intensive Japanese Language and Culture Study Program.

For KGU Winter School, there is no Japanese language classes and all of the lectures will be conducted in English.

2024 Winter Short Term Programs

Duration of the Program: January 29 – February16, 2024

Nomination Deadline: October 5, 2024 →　October 17, 2023

Application Deadline: October 31, 2024

Nomination Procedure: Nomination shall be made through Jotform links in the attached documents, and if you find any difficulties accessing the links, kindly advise us, so that we could provide you other ways. Please find more details on the pamphlet of the program

Application Procedure:

Applications can be completed online, and will be available from 2-weeks prior to the deadline.

The further information regarding application procedure will be emailed to you along with the application form URL, so please pass them on to your students.
