Intensive Spanish Language Course

This intensive Spanish language course aims to improve the student’s language competency as well as provide insight into Chilean and Latin American culture.

The academic content will be presented in four units of study that cover different areas and allow participants to get to know the country and the region while enhancing language skills.

Environment & Sustainable Development Challenges

This program provides a unique experience for students to learn about climate change, renewable energies, future development challenges and the COP25 Summit to be hosted in Chile on December 2019. At the same time students will learn about business opportunities related to renewable energies and sustainable innovative projects. The program includes trekking and other outdoor activities. Finally, it is also an opportunity for the participating student to learn Spanish and immerse themselves in the local culture while enjoying summer at the UANDES campus.

International Economic Cooperation between Latin America and the Asia Pacific

Learn about Chile`s economy & its role in the Latin American & Asia-Pacific Region following the 2019 APEC Summit in Santiago.
