This is the Office of International Affairs.

A large-scale concert event is scheduled to take place in the Gwanghwamun Square area on Saturday, March 21, 2026. A significant number of visitors are expected, which may lead to severe congestion, traffic delays, and inconvenience when using public transportation.

Students who plan to visit Gwanghwamun Square or nearby areas are advised to carefully review the following safety guidelines and exercise caution.

■ Safety Guidelines

- Please refrain from visiting highly crowded areas whenever possible.

- Allow extra travel time and consider potential traffic delays when planning your movements.

- Always stay aware of your surroundings and take precautions against loss of personal belongings and safety incidents.

- Please follow the instructions of police officers and event staff at the venue.

- In case of an emergency, please immediately call 119.
