Greetings from Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana, Indonesia!

We are pleased to announce that Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana (UKDW) Yogyakarta in collaboration with Universitas Dhyana Pura (UNDHIRA) Bali will be holding the 2022 Summer Camp “Visual Ethnography” on August 11 2022 - September 16, 2022. The program will be held using blended learning method, in which students will learn Visual Ethnography (VE) and its applications asynchronously through online session lectures, while the field trips will be held offline through summer camp in Bali and Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

This program will provide opportunity for students a chance to be involved in an intercultural environment of learning and work together in an international environment, to give insights on capturing customs and ways of life in a methodological and structured way, stimulate student creativity in depicting customs and ways of life, as well as to harness student skill in solving the problem of remote collaboration & communication.
