대만 National Tsing Hua University, summer school (NTHU GSS)

Warm Greeting from Office of Global Affairs, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan.
We are glad to introduce the 2022 National Tsing Hua University Global Summer School (NTHU GSS) is now open for applications. Foreign students from all countries are welcome to join us at this event! Please refer to the below information. I hope your students take this opportunity to explore Taiwan and earn extra credits during their summer break. We would appreciate it if you could let your interested students have a look at NTHU GSS!

The 2022 National Tsing Hua University Global Summer School (NTHU GSS) offers 5 courses including cutting-edge energy issues, life sciences, arts and humanities topics. Furthermore, we have a Basic Mandarin Course, and we'll arrange extracurricular cultural tours to enrich students' experience of Taiwanese rich culture. All courses are taught in English, except for Basic Mandarin Course. Please note that NTHU accept no more than 20 participants this year.
Program A: Academic Program

• 2 In-class Lectures (total 36 hours, offer 2 credits)

Program B: Mandarin+Academic Program

• 1 In-class Lecture (total 18 hours, offer 1 credit)
• Three-week intensive Mandarin course (total 36 hours, offer 2 credits)

Program Period 

• Academic Program: Jul. 17 to Jul. 30
• Mandarin + Academic Program: Jul. 17 to Aug. 4
• January to May 15, 2022

< Program Fee >

• Academic Program: USD 1870 for students from a partner university
• Mandarin +Academic Program: USD 1980 for students from a partner university
• The fee includes accommodation during the event (excluding quarantine accommodation), welcome party, and two one-day cultural tours
