Greetings from Kyushu University, Japan!

We hope this message finds you well during this challenging time.

Due to the prolonged pandemic and related restrictions still in place, we would like to announce that we will be running our summer program online again for 2022.

The Summer in Japan (SIJ) 2022 Online Program is a 4-week intensive study abroad program for undergraduate-level students in all academic fields, joining from all over the world.  

SIJ 2022 is designed to provide quality and unique learning opportunities in the online format.

Program Period: Monday, July 4 – Tuesday, July 26, 2022 (Japan Time)

Application Deadline: Sunday, April 10, 2022 (Japan Time)

Courses and activities:

* Academic Course- Interdisciplinary Lecture Series (ILS) course for credit

* Language Course- Japanese Language Course (JL) course for credit

* Virtual extracurricular activities

* Student Tutors– One-on-one interaction and friendship

* Online homestay– Optional
