2020-1 Tuition Fee Payment
¡Ø Due to the change in the academic calendar with regard to the current situation with the COVID-19 virus, the tuition fee payment schedule will also be adjusted as noted below. Please take note of the payment dates below and complete the payment within the provided dates. (There will be no additional or late payment period.)
¡Ø Please refer to the link below for instructions on receiving your refund, should you decide to take a leave of absence after your tuition payment.

2. Payment Methods
¡á Transfer the full amount to the individual virtual account* designated on the tuition bill through any nationwide bank.
(ATM, internet banking, phone banking, Woori Bank Credit Card, etc. are all accepted)
¡Ø Note that some accounts such as securities-linked accounts and CMA¡¡accounts will not be accepted.

A. CAU will assign a virtual account number to each student. The account will be under the student¡¯s name, and will only accept a 1-time deposit/transfer. (Students are responsible for checking their daily transfer limits beforehand)

5. Payments regarding students on Leave of Absence
¡á Starting from 2017-1 Semester, students on Leave of Absence will be exempt from paying tuition fees. If you are taking a Leave of Absence, please do not make any payments.

¡á In accordance with the Privacy Act, the institution is unable to provide students¡¯ personal information (including but not limited to: virtual account, tuition sum, scholarship sum, payment confirmation) via phone, fax, etc.

2. Eligibility : Those who have applied for and was approved by the President for Payment in Installments
(excluding freshmen, transfer students, re-admitted students, research students, part-time students and students who¡¯ve failed to submit proper payments in the prior semester.)

F. Application Review Process
1) A student who has paid the first installment of their tuition payment shall be deemed a registered student.
2) If the student fails to pay the first installment of their tuition payment during the set date and time, their qualification for installment payment shall be cancelled, and must pay for the tuition in full during the Additional & Final payment dates.
3) If a student must take a Leave of Absence for health or military related reasons, after they have completed 1/2 of the semester, they must pay for their tuition in full within 7 days to be considered for completion of the semester without exam. If the payment is not made within the 7 day period, the students grades will not be recognized, and the prepaid tuition will be refunded in accordance with the relevant policies.
4) If the 4 installments are not fully paid for during the registration period, the student will be deemed an unregistered student under Article 26 Section 2 of the University Regulations and the outstanding payments will be returned in accordance with its relevant policies. However, if approved by the Dean, the student may continue their payment despite the delay but will not be allowed to apply for payments in installments for the following semester.
G. Others
1) If a student who has partially paid in installments for the tuition decides to take a Leave of Absence drop out, the prepaid lump sum shall be returned in accordance with the relevant regulations.
2) If the amount to be paid is higher than the amount to be returned at the time the student decides to take a Leave of Absence or drop out, the difference must be paid in full.
3) Regulations subject to the return of tuition are ¡°Article 6 Section 2 on Tuition¡±, ¡°University Regulations Article 22 Section 7¡±, ¡°Article 10 and Article 11 on Regulations on Managing Undergraduate Studies¡± and ¡°Article 16 on Scholarships¡±.
¡ã Please note, our school has provided the relevant institutions (Woori Bank / Korea Scholarship Foundation) with minimal student information necessary to process tuition payments and loan contracts with the Korea Scholarship Foundation.
