Student ID Cards Application Guide  for New Foreign Students of the Graduate School 

– Fall Semester 2026

1.  신청 기간 | Application Period

2026. 9. 21.(월)부터 ~ 상시 신청
From September 21, 2026 (Mon.) – Applications available anytime

2. 신청 방법 | How to Apply

1) 비금융(순수) 학생증 | Non-Financial Student ID Card

① 학생증 신청 | Application

포탈 → 강의마당 → 수업 → 전자출결 → 카드발급 → 내카드관리 → 카드발급 신청

Portal → Learning Management → Classes → Electronic Attendance → Card Issuance → My Card Management → Apply for Card

※ 사진이 등록되어 있지 않은 경우, 반드시 사진을 업로드해 주시기 바랍니다.
※ If your photo has not been registered, you must upload a photo before applying.

  ▶  사진 등록 경로 | Photo Upload Path
포탈 → 강의마당 → 수업 → 전자출결 → 카드신청 → 내카드관리 → 내사진 관리

Portal → Learning Management → Classes → Electronic Attendance → Card Application → My Card Management → Manage My Photo

② 발급 확인 | Check Card Issuance

포탈 → 강의마당 → 수업 → 전자출결 → 카드발급 → 내카드관리 → 보유카드 확인

Portal → Learning Management → Classes → Electronic Attendance → Card Issuance → My Card Management → Check My Cards

③ 수령 | Card Collection

※ 수령 시 신분증을 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
※ Please bring your ID card/passport when collecting your student ID card.

2) 금융 학생증 | Financial Student ID Card

  ▶  외국인 학생은 교내 우리은행을 직접 방문하여 대면 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.
  ▶  금융 학생증 발급 관련 자세한 사항은 교내 우리은행에 문의해 주세요.

International students must visit the Woori Bank branch on campus in person to apply for a financial student ID card.

For further information regarding the issuance of a financial student ID card, please contact the Woori Bank branch on campus.

※ 유의사항 | Important Notice

•   ▶  비금융(순수) 학생증과 금융 학생증 중 원하는 유형을 선택하여 신청하시기 바랍니다.
  Please choose either a non-financial student ID card or a financial student ID card.
•   ▶  학생증 신청 전 포탈에 본인 사진이 등록되어 있는지 확인해 주세요.
  Please make sure that your photo is registered in the portal before applying.
